COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS MELISSA PERRY

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before March 23rd, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Melissa Perry committed the offense of Burglary in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in Walmart of Louisa, KY after having been banned from Wal Mart properties and premises on August 27th, 2024, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS CASSANDRA ROBERTSON

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 26th, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Casandra Robertson committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of multiple glass pipes.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Public Intoxication by knowingly and unlawfully by being in a public place manifestly under the influence of a controlled substance, or other intoxicating substance, to the degree that she was a danger to herself or other persons or property or unreasonably annoy persons in her vicinity.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS JEREMY LYONS

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 17th, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Jeremy Lyons committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

2. Jeremy Lyons committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second (2nd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of ten and dosage units of a scheduled II narcotic, Buprenorphine (Suboxone) .

3. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Disregarding Stop Sign by knowingly and unlawfully failing to stop/yield at a posted stop sign.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS HEATHER MOLLETT

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 6th, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Heather Mollett committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, with two (2) prior convictions, MARTIN CIRCUIT COURT 22-CR-00008 AND LAWRENCE CIRCUIT COURT 22-CR-00026.

2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a syringe and a grinder.

3. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Disregarding Stop Sign by knowingly and unlawfully failing to adhere to directions given by a traffic control device/ traffic light.

4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of No Registration Plates by knowingly and unlawfully failing to conspicuously display the registration plate on and for the motor vehicle he was operating.

5. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Failure to Wear Seatbelt by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle without having a seatbelt properly adjusted and fastened.

6. The above-named defendant committed the offense of No Registration Receipt by knowingly and unlawfully failing to have in his possession the registration receipt issued by the cabinet through the county clerk’s office for the motor vehicle he was operating.

7. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Rear License Not Illuminated by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle on a Kentucky roadway without proper rear license not properly illuminated as defined in KRS: 186.170.

8. The above-named defendant committed the offense of License to be in Possession by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle on the roadways of the Commonwealth of Kentucky without having possession of his operator’s license.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS AMBRE GILPIN

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 11th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Ambre Gilpin acting alone or in complicity with Rita Faye Napier committed the offense of Aggravated Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree (>100 grams) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 249.9 grams of a schedule I narcotic, (Heroin), digital scales, and a transaction ledger, with the intent to traffic in that 249.9 grams of Heroin or by trafficking in that 249.9 grams of Heroin.

2. Ambre Gilpin acting alone or in complicity with Rita Faye Napier committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree- Fentanyl by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately .922 grams of a schedule II narcotic, (Fentanyl), digital scales, and a transaction ledger, with the intent to traffic in that schedule II narcotic or by trafficking in that schedule II narcotic, namely Fentanyl.

3. Ambre Gilpin acting alone or in complicity with Rita Faye Napier committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1t) Degree-Methamphetamine by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 3.231 grams of a controlled substance, (Methamphetamine),digital scales and a transaction ledger with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in that controlled substance, namely Methamphetamine.

4. Ambre Gilpin acting alone or in complicity with Rita Faye Napier committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1et) Degree-Cocaine by knowingly and unlawfully being possession of approximately 21.664 grams of a schedule II narcotic, (Cocaine),digital scales and a transaction ledger, with the intent to traffic in that controlled schedule II narcotic or by trafficking in that schedule II narcotic, namely Cocaine.

5. Ambre Gilpin acting alone or in complicity with Rita Faye Napier committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree (>10 Dosage Units) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of eleven (11) dosage unites of a schedule II controlled substance, Hydrocodone, and a transaction ledger, with the intent to traffic in those eleven (11) Hydrocodone units, or by trafficking in those eleven (11) Hydrocodone units.

6. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of numerous items of drug paraphernalia.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS AMBER L. MITCHELL

The Grand Jury charges: That from on or before January 11th, 2026 through a period ending on march 1st, 2026 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Amber L. Mitchell, committed the offense of Theft By Deception Over $1,000.00 by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in a course of conduct that deprived and defrauded Food City of Louisa, Kentucky of $1,235.04 by issuing four (4) checks, 1) January 11th, 2026 in the name of Amber Franks, 2) on January 13th, 2026 in the name of Amber Franks, 3)on February 26th, 2026 in the name Christian Greene, and the final check on March 1st, 2026 also in the name Christian Green, with the intent to deprive Food City thereof, knowing the checks would not be honored by the drawee.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS LOIS RICHARDSON

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 12th, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Lois Richardson committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Schedule I narcotic, Fentanyl.

2. Lois Richardson committed the offense of Tampering With Physical Evidence by knowingly and unlawfully destroying, removing, altering or concealing physical evidence that he believed would be used against her/him in an official proceeding.

3. Lois Richardson committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Alprazolam, a schedule IV Controlled Substance.

4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of plastic baggies and a marijuana grinder.

5. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana by knowingly and unlawfully beingin possession of marijuana.

6. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Prescription Controlled Substance Not in the ProperContainer by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Alprazolam not in the proper administered container.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS HUNTER NAUMAN

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 10TH, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Hunter Nauman committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of multiple glass pipes and scales.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana by knowingly or unlawfully possessing marijuana.

4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol/ Drugs First (1st) Offense Within Five (5) Years by operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate that motor vehicle.

5. The above-naned defendant comnilttad tle violation of Rear Licanse Not Illuminated by owdagiy and onlawfully operating a motor vehicle on a Kendacky coadway without proper rear license mot properly Slluminaced as defined in KRS: 186.170.

6. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Reckless Driving by knowingiy, mlawfully and recklessly operating a motor vehicle wpm the roadways of the Commonwealth of Kentucky wittout due regard for the safety and convenience of pedestriams and cther vehicles upon said roadvays.

7. The above-named defendant connätted the violation of Following Ancther Vehicle Top Clasely by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor tendcle upon a Kentucky roadway and operating that said vehicle too closely to another motor vehicle, as defimed im Ras: 189.340.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS JIMMY CASTLE, DEFENDANT

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before May.2ND, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Jimmy Castle committed the offense of Assault in the Second (2nd) Degree when he intentionally caused physical injury to another person by means of a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument, namely Robert Parker.
