Bulldog Head Coach Sam Sparks
COACH’S COMMENTS“… It was a big inning for us, but I was really glad that we were able to put something up every inning and keep the pressure on them. We manufactured runs every inning like Jada getting on after a dropped third strike, stealing two bases and scoring on a wild pitch. And then the second and third time through the lineup against a good pitcher they put the big inning together.”
“ We chipped away and chipped away and got the lead and Taylor was Taylor and just like tonight she always gives us a chance to win. Her last at bat we thought about letting her rest but she wanted to hit and she came through and really proud of her.”
