3.C.1. Approve Change Order #01-01 (LMS Roof BG 24-113) issued to Kalkreuth Roofing for a credit in the amount of ($28,369.72) for PR #1 Window Replacement due to issues per RFI 3. PR#2 Removing control joints from scope. This is a credit change order.  $0 cost.

3.C.2. Approve Change Order #01-02 (LMS Roof BG 24-113) to Kalkreuth Roofing  for a time extension for adverse weather days.  73 Adverse Weather days were documented on the Project.  This change order includes a time extension of 73 Working Days for adverse weather, which converts to One Hundred Three (103) Calendar Days. These days will be incorporated into the Construction Schedule.  $0 cost.
