 “…On the above date and time, Ashley Maynard reported that she had been assaulted by her mother, Phyllis Maynard, her aunt and her ex girlfriend. When I arrived on scene I spoke with Phyllis Maynard who showed me a bite mark on her right pinky that was actively bleeding. She stated that this was from Ashley attacking her. She stated that after Ashley attacked her, her sister intervened and began trying to get Ashley off of Phyllis. Another female, Ashtin Morris, also intervened in the assault.

All three other individuals stated to me that Ashley came home and immediately began attacking them first. Ashtin Morris also had a bite mark on her left pinky that she stated was from Ashley biting her during the assault.

When I spoke with Ashley, it was apparent that she was involved in a physical altercation. She had bruising, swelling and small cuts all over her face, arms and hands. She stated that she was jumped by all three other individuals. It was apparent given the odor of alcoholic beverages on her person that she was heavily under the influence of alcohol. She also stated to me that she had been drinking heavily. After detaining her, I went into the bedroom where Phyllis stated some of the assault had occurred. I observed a marijuana grinder on the bedside table and a cut straw on the sink with what appeared to be methamphetamine residue on the sink beside of it.

There were also multiple capped and uncapped needles laying in various areas of the room. After locating these items, I conducted a search of the bedroom and located a baggie of methamphetamine on top of a jewelry box. Also in the bathroom attached to the bedroom were more syringes and a loaded syring with what appeared to be methamphetamine loaded into it. After collecting the items, I spoke with Ashley again who stated to me that she had just shot up methamphetamine the day prior. Knowing that she is an intravenous drug user, I believe that the items located belonged to her. The other residents of the home are not known to be intravenous drug users.

On the above date and time Ashley Maynard reported that she had been jumped by her mother and other family members at 63 Swan Ln. When I arrived I spoke with Phyllis Maynard, Ashley’s mother, and she stated that Ashley had assaulted her. The above subject (Ashton Morris) came to the residence after I had arrived and stated that she was present for the assault. She stated that Ashley began to argue with her mother and aunt and physically assaulted them. The above stated that she was hiding in the closet while the incident occurred. She stated that she came out of the closet because Phyllis was being attacked and attempted to intervene. When I spoke with Ashley she stated that the above, Phyllis and Phyllis’ sister attacked her and had visible marks on her face that were consistent with being assaulted. While on scene observed empty alcoholic beverage containers all over the place. All subject’s stated that they had been drinking a lot.
