Lawrence County Judge Executive Phillip Carter and the Lawrence County Fiscal Court thank State Senator Phillip Wheeler and State Representative Scott Sharp as well as the Kentucky Legislature for the LAARP funding to pave roads in all four districts in Lawrence County.
Lawrence County received the most funding it has ever received $1,286,000; this was more funding than any surrounding county and one of the largest amounts of any county in the state. These funds will help pave roads in Lawrence County that are in need of repair to make a safer drive for school buses and citizens.
