COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Probably one of our best efforts of the season defensively, give Sherman credit they played really hard but I thought we really guarded them tonight. Offensively we really moved the ball and were able to knock down some shots early and get out to a nice lead. We were able to play a bunch of girls tonight as well.”
“… This win buys us another week of practice and guarantees us two more games and a chance to get back to Charleston. We are blessed to be at home on Thursday and hope all of the Rebel faithful can get out and come support a great bunch of girls against a good Tug Valley team that is coached by my good friend Clyde Farley who is retiring at the end of the year. We will have our hands full on Thursday. Tug Valley has been the big dog in our section the last three or four years and have had our number for awhile.
“… Great moment for Kerigan Salmons to get her 1,000 career point, she is such a hard worker in her four years here at Tolsia. We are really fortunate to have her on our team. Great kid, great student and has really grown into being a great leader for us.”
