A Pennsylvania man was arrested and taken to jail on federal charges this past Friday, February 28, after being accused of distributing child pornography in Pike County.
Oscar Calhoun, 34, of Jonestown, Pennsylvania was arrested by the U.S. Marshall’s Service of Ky..
Federal court records said he sent the child porn to two other men in Pike County.
This combined with a previous conviction for child porn and sex abuse in Illinois means Oscar Calhoun could now face up to 40 years in federal prison.
Oscar Calhoun is currently being held in the Pike County Detention.
This latest child porn case marks the latest in a rash of child pornography/child sex abuse cases in Pike County at the state and federal levels since from the end of 2019 through to the first part of 2020.
