Matt Brown Joins ARCHway Institute Leadership Team to Expand Impact in Supporting Others in Their Recovery Journey

Punta Gorda, FL /// Louisa, KY – The ARCHway Institute is pleased to announce that Matt Brown, a nationally recognized leader in addiction recovery and behavioral health, has joined the organization’s leadership team. Brown, who has dedicated his career to transforming recovery services and improving access to quality care, brings a wealth of experience in leadership, patient engagement, and operational excellence.
As a person who suffered from substance use disorder and who is now in long term recovery, Brown has firsthand experience with the challenges and barriers individuals face in recovery. His journey from addiction to becoming a leader in the behavioral health space has been widely recognized, and his expertise in developing sustainable recovery programs makes him a valuable addition to ARCHway’s mission.
Dan Stuckey, Chairman of ARCHway’s Board of Directors said, “ARCHway is so excited to have Matt Brown join us as our new CEO. Matt is coming into a 13 year old nonprofit who under the leadership of our past CEO Emily Stuckey was able to more than double our impact of helping Families and Individuals start a journey of recovery from a drug and/or alcohol addiction. Emily has elected to move into the COO role as she would like to reduce her travel and spend more time with her newborn. ARCHway is at the doorstep of dramatically increasing our ability to serve and help more families and individuals through ARCHway Institute and the National Peer Recovery Alliance which is a division of ARCHway. We are incredibly confident in Matt leading us in this step change through his professional experience, lived experience and his interpersonal skills.”
In his new role, Brown will focus on strategic partnerships, program expansion, peer support services, peer development and training, and ensuring that individuals and families seeking recovery have the resources and support they need to succeed.
“I am honored to join ARCHway Institute and contribute to an organization that aligns so closely with my personal and professional mission,” said Brown. “ARCHway has a proven track record of breaking down barriers in recovery, and I look forward to working alongside this incredible team to further that impact.”
