Mardy Mollett Jr., is serving prison time after pleading guilty to state charges in connection to a violent domestic case in March 2020; after which when he completes his state jail sentence, he will be eventually transferred to a federal prison after being convicted in federal court in November 2021 on federal gun violation charges, in connection to the same domestic case, for which he was sentenced by a federal judge to maximum sentence that was allowed on the charge in the case, a total of 10 years in federal prison.
