HERE ARE THE NAMES AND CHARGES OF THE LATEST THIRTY (30) PEOPLE  WHO WERE ARRESTED IN MARTIN COUNTY, OR ANY MARTIN COUNTY CITIZENS ARRESTED BY A POLICE AGENCY IN A NEIGHBOR  COUNTY JURISDICTIONS FOR FEBRUARY 27-MARCH 17, 2022:
 
Shaunda Crum, 35, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on February 27, 2022, at 12:08 A.M.,by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • HINDERING PROSECUTION OR APPREHENSION-2ND DEGREE.
 
William D. Patrick, 31, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested on March 1, 2022,at 11:28 A.M.,by deputy Braxton McGinnis,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Andy Maynard, 36, of Prichard, West Virginia; was arrested on March 1, 2022,at 4:00 P.M.,by deputy Braxton McGinnis, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
 
Sinead A. McGinnis, 31, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested in Lawrence County on March 2, 2022, at 3:55 A.M., by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police, Post 14-Ashland, KY., and was charged with: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE,3RD DEGREE – UNSPECIFIED DRUG,• DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.
 
Brandy N. Farley, 37, of Pilgrim, Kentucky; was arrested on March 2, 2022,at 11:47 P.M.,by deputy Braxton McGinnis,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING TWO BENCH WARRANTsFOR COURT.
 
Gladys S. Maynard, 45,of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on March 3,2022,at 1:38 P.M.,by deputy Dustin Jude, of the Martin County Sheriff Department,& was charged with: • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 2ND DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – ( < 20 D.U. DRUG UNSPECIFIED SCHEDULE 3), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.
Austin Crum, 27, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on March 4, 2022,at 4:50 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-2ND DEGREE.
 
Ricky Shane Pauley, 29, of Tomahawk,Kentucky; was arrested in Pike County,KY., on March 4, 2022, at 6:00 P.M.,by deputy Williams, of the Pike County Sheriff Department,and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR; where Ricky Pauley was transported the same day to & lodged in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center,  in Paintsville, KY., in Johnson County on the Failure To Appear charge out of Martin County. 
 
On April 6, 2022, at 8:37 A.M., Rickey Pauley was transported to and booked at the Powell County Detention Center, in Stanton, KY., at 10:25 A.M., to face a charge there for: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE).
 
Keith Allen Wiley, 31, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on March 4, 2022,at 4:50 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty,of the Martin County Sheriff Department,&  was charged with via a grand jury indictment: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION $1000 < $10,000.
 
Joshua Lee Kirk, 41, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County, KY., on March 6, 2022, at 11:44 P.M.,by deputy Jonathan Holbrook, of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR FELONY OFFENSE), •  POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), •  DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS,  • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 3RD DEGREE – DRUG UNSPECIFIED, • POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.
Lisa C. Booth, 45, of Beauty, Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County, KY., on March 7, 2022, at 12:04 A.M.,by deputy Watson, of the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with:  • PROBATION VIOLATION (FOR FELONY OFFENSE), •  POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE), •  DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS
Tammie L. Johnson, 55, of Lovely ,Kentucky; was arrested on March 7,2022, at 1:33 P.M.,by Constable James Bradford Preece,of the Martin County Constable Office- District 4,& was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).
 
Douglas A.Thompson, 42, of Warfield,Kentucky; was arrested on March 7,2022,at 3:26 P.M.,by deputy Braxton McGinnis,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING THREE BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.
 
Robin Slone-Grace, 51, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on March 8, 2022,at 2:11 A.M.,by deputy Braxton McGinnis,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Frank Jude, 42, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on March 8, 2022,at 1:48 P.M.,by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
Clayton Jude,48,of Warfield,Kentucky;was arrested on March 8,2022,at 2:29 P.M.,by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED  SUBSTANCE, • PRESCRIPTION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE NOT IN PROPER CONTAINER 1ST OFFENSE.
 
Wendy Hupp, 57, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on March 8,2022,at 5:42 P.M.,by the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with via a grand jury indictment: • POSSESSION CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE,1ST OFFENSE (METHAMPHETAMINE),•POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS, •  PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).

David Mordukhaev, 31,of Brooklyn,New York; was arrested on March 11,2022,at 10:17 A.M.,by deputy Braxton McGinnis,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • FUGITIVE  FROM ANOTHER STATE – WARRANT REQUIRED.
 
Tiffany Parsons, 29, of Lookout,Kentucky; was arrested on March 11, 2022,at 4:29 P.M.,by the Martin County Sheriff Department,& was charged with: • CRIMINAL TRESPASSING-3RD DEGREE, • CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 3RD DEGREE.
 
Kendra Lowe Preece, 45, of Lovely, Kentucky;was arrested on March 15, 2022, at 5:22 P.M., by Sheriff John H. Kirk, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.

Willie Johnson, 58, of Inez, Kentucky;was arrested on March 16,2022, at 5:12 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR, CITATION FOR MISDEMEANOR.
 
Charles E. Frazier, 55, of Columbus, Ohio;was arrested on March 16, 2022, at 5:20 P.M., by Sheriff John H. Kirk, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING TWO BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT. The two bench warrants for Charles Fraizer were from out of Pike County, KY.
Douglas A. Thompson, 42, of Warfield, Kentucky; was arrested on March 17, 2022, at 12:47 A.M.,by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police,Post 9-Pikeville, KY., & was charged with: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER, • FAILURE TO APPEAR.
