“…On the above date and time LCSD, Deputy Travis Music and Troopers with the Kentucky State Police were attempting to serve multiple warrants at 368 KY-3S. While on scene I spoke with above subject. I had prior knowledge that he and his girlfriend had been staying at this address. I asked him if she was there and he stated that she wasn’t and that they had broken up. While speaking with him Deputy Music and Troopers located her in the garage. The above subject stated that he did not want her to go to jail so he lied to me. He then became angry and started cursing loudly and yelling vulgarities at me while vehicles were passing by and people from neighboring residence could hear him,” wrote the deputy.
