A Lawrence County grand jury met October 13th and issued multiple indictments including Calvin Workman being charged with 20 counts of possession or viewing of matter portraying sexual performances by a minor and one count of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

Billy Adam Pence committed the offense of theft by knowingly and unlawfully taking over $1,000 but under 10,000 by taking two wallets from Addiction Recovery Care, one belonging to Kevin DeShales and the other to Clinton Cook, both wallets containing cash monies in the sum of $1,903.00.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before September 29, 2022 in Lawrence Co, Ky, the above named defendant:

On September 29, 2022, Seth Muncy attempted to commit the offense of kidnapping by knowingly and unlawfully attempting to deprive the parent or guardian of the custody of a minor, when the person taking the minor is not a person exercising the custodial control of the minor.
