Royia Manley joins Addiction Recovery Care as East Region Chief Operating Officer

LOUISA, Ky. (April XX, 2024) — Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) is excited to welcome Royia Manley as its East Region Chief Operating Officer. As ARC’s East Region Chief Operating Officer, she will oversee operations and ensure quality care for clients in the provider’s eastern service area.

Manley is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor with a decade of experience in addiction treatment. For the last four years, she has implemented and supervised substance abuse programs within a minimum-custody prison. Before that, she worked as a Recovery Coordinator for the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts.

She is a familiar face to ARC — having worked with many members of the organization’s leadership team from 2017 through 2018.

Manley says she is excited to advance ARC’s innovative mission.

“I am looking forward to working with an organization that prioritizes patient care and provides a holistic approach to all patients receiving services,” said Manley.

Manley holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
