
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS ZACHERY COCHRAN
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before May 2nd, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Zachery Cochran committed the offense of Burglary in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entered the dwelling house of Samantha McDowell of Louisa, KY with the intent therein to commit the crime of Assault, while armed with a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument.
2. That the defendant, Zachery Cochran, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count(s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the Second (2nd) Degree for the reason that theDefendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of a prior felony when he/ she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the sentence the previous felony offense within five (5) years of the date of commission of theinstant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release, or discharged from legal release, within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense. 3. The above-named committed the offense of Harassing Communications by knowingly and unlawfully, with the intent to intimidate, harass, annoy or alarm, communicate by telephone, mail, or any form of electronic or written communication, namely Samantha McDowell of Louisa, KY.
4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Failure To Notify Address Change To Department of Transportation by knowingly and unlawfully failing to notify the Kentucky Department of Transportation as to an address change as required in KRS: 186.540.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS TIFFY BOWEN
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 30th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Tiffy Bowen committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) by knowingly and unlawfully being Degree in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a syringe.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS KENNETH MCKINSTER
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 14th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Kenneth Mckinster committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First(1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered glass pipe.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS STEVEN BLOCK
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 30th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Steven Block acting alone or in complicity with Terry Block and Karen Fitzpatrick committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
2. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Terry Block and Karen Fitzpatrick committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of three (3) syringes, two (2) altered straws, and three (3) pipes.
3. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Terry Block and Karen Fitzpatrick committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of marijuana.
4. The above named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Steven Block committed the offense of Receiving Stolen Property under $1,000 by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a shopping basket stolen from Dollar General of Louisa, KY.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS KAREN FITZPATRICK
The Grand Jury charges: That on or before April 16th, 2026, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Karen Fitzpatrick acting alone or in complicity with Terry Block and Steven Block committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
2. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Terry Block and Steven Block committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of three (3) syringes, two (2) altered straws, and three (3) pipes.
3. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Terry Block and Steven Block committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of marijuana.

2. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Steven Block and Karen Fitzpatrick committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of three (3) syringes, two (2) altered straws, and three (3) pipes.
