Elizabeth has been working in the Social Work/Social Services field for the last 8 years and has pledged her recovery life to provide assistance to those who still struggle with both mental health and addiction.
“I knew that God had given me a second chance in life to do ‘something’; that something became Social Work focusing on mental health and addiction. I have since gained the experience of working with families through the Cabinet for Health and Family Services as an ongoing worker. I transitioned into the mental health and counseling profession for several years before gaining the desire of wanting to help people learn how to work through and overcome some of their most extreme life stressors. I love assisting clients through Case Management services, to watch as individuals achieve some of their life goals.” – Elizabeth
