Frances Jordan Prince, 87, went to be with the Lord on May 26, 2024 following an extended illness. She was born January 3, 1937 in Columbus, OH , daughter of the late Minuard and Josephine McKenzie Jordan.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents; husband James Milton Prince; granddaughter Tammy Josephine Ferguson; great granddaughter LeTemarra; and siblings Harrison Jordan, Joseph Jordan, Paul Jordan, Bobby Jordan, and Billy Jordan.

She is survived by her daughter Brenda Kirk of Adams, KY; son James T. (Lisa) Prince of Adams, KY; grandson in law Michael Ferguson; granddaughters Santana Brewster (Clayton) and Cheyenne Thompson; great grandchildren Natasha Kirk, Tristan Ratliff, Brayden King, Desirae Ferguson, Mike Ferguson, Jr., Cole Defoe, Brenna Defoe, Ella Brewster, Aiden Fannin, and Emmie Thompson; sister Sue Swihart of Waldo, OH; brother Berry L. (Vickie) Jordan of Holliday, MO; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and sisters in law.

By her request she will be cremated. Graveside services will be conducted Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Prince Cemetery on Dry Ridge in Adams, KY with Brother Jim Osborne officiating.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mrs. Prince and her family.
