Dr. and Mrs. Norman Edwards Fund
ASHLAND – The Foundation for the Tri-State Community, Inc. is pleased to announce the establishment of the Dr. and Mrs. Norman Edwards Fund.
The Fund was established through the donations of Dr. and Mrs. Norman Edwards and will focus on providing necessary resources for ten organizations and scholarship opportunities for five high schools. It is dedicated to supporting human services, missions, and higher education in Eastern Kentucky.
The Foundation for the Tri-State Community, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) community foundation located in Ashland, KY. The Foundation’s mission is to improve the quality of life in the Tri-State area by encouraging, raising, administering and distributing gifts for charitable, cultural, educational and scientific purposes.
