Charles D Perkins, 24, of Louisa, was arrested on April 12, 2017, at 11:14 A.M., by an officer of the Louisa Police Department and was charged with: • FAILURE TO APPEAR.
Later on April 12, at 4:59 P.M., Charles D. Perkins, was taken into custody by deputy Akers of the Pike County Sheriff Department and was transferred to the Pike County Detention Center on Pikeville, on the failure to appear charge, and he is being held on no bond, where he remains in custody as Tuesday evening April 18.
Tommy Castle, 20, of Louisa, turned himself in on April 12, 2017 at 2:47 P.M to the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, to serve jail time for: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.

Michael Graham, 62, of Blaine, Kentucky; was arrested on April 13, 2017, at 8:44 P.M., by trooper Daniel G. Vossmer, of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • LEAVING SCENE OF ACCIDENT-FAILURE TO RENDER AID OR ASSISTANCE.
