Charge 1: TERRORISTIC THREATENING, 3RD DEGREE On the above date and time, Derek Conley reported that the above subject, David Hensley, had sent him a threatening voicemail. He stated that he was renting his residence off of Hensley and had been refusing to pay the rent because of his failure to provide him with electricity. Conley provided me with the voicemail where the above subject can be heard stating; “If you want this to get serious 1 can make one phone call your life is gone.” Conley stated that this caused him to be in fear for his life and stated that he did not feel safe returning to his residence which is adjacent to Hensely’s. When I made contact with the above subject he stated that he was aware that I was there because of the statement that he had made and admitted that he did say it. He stated to me that he did not mean any threat of physical violence or bidily harm to Conley, but was only stating that he would have him arrested because of his knowledge of warrants for his arrest.

POST-ARREST COMPLAINT
Charge 1: FALSE REPORT WHICH GENERATES AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE
On the above date and time the above subject reported that someone had stolen a trailer from his property. He stated that he was actively following them and that they were headed towards Louisa KY-3S. He also stated that they were heading towards Grayson. When I arrived on scene I made contact with the male subject who was driving the vehicle with the trailer attached to it. The vehicle was at a complete stop at the red light. I identified him as the above subject’s nephew,
He was detained in the vehicle while I conducted my investigation without issue. Maynard advised that the trailer actually belonged to him and not Kelley. The mother was contacted by phone who also stated that they had a title and paperwork proving ownership of the trailer. She stated that they had let the above subject borrow the trailer because they owed him a debt.
The above subject stated to me that they had lent him the trailer to make up for the debt and stated that it was his sister’s. The above subject then stated to me that he wanted to tell me the real reason why he called. He stated that he had actually traded his nephew a gun for the trailer and his nephew took the trailer and the gun. When I asked his nephew, about the gun he gave me consent to search his vehicle and I did not locate the gun that he described.
He also stated to me that the above subject had knowledge that he was coming to pick the trailer up. When asked about this, the above stated that he did talk to him on the phone but stated that he didn’t want anyone on his property.
Myself and Ptl. Chase Kirk initiated lights and sirens to respond to the call during heavy traffic due to road work being conducted in the area.
