Willadean “Dee” Lewis Hunt

1947 — 2017

Willadean “Dee” Lewis Hunt, 69, of Fort Gay, WV went home to be with the Lord on February 28, 2017 surrounded by her loving family and friends at home.

Dee was born October 15, 1947 in Ashland, KY to the late Woodrow Lewis and the late Louise Sword. Dee is preceded in death by one daughter Darlene Hunt, one sister and a host of brothers.

She leaves behind a loving husband of 52 years, Roy Hunt Sr.; sons Roy Hunt, Jr. and Tim (Amy) Hunt; grandchildren Ben Hunt, Jessica Hunt, Kaylee Hunt and Ally Hunt; and one great granddaughter Aurora Webb; brothers Earl (Jenetta) Lewis, Buck Lewis, Tommy Sword, and sisters Tammy (Dink) Bailey, Maddie Sword, and a host of loving friends.

Dee attended Big Hurricane Missionary Baptist Church Fort Gay, WV.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 4th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Pastor Tony Perry officiating. Burial will follow in the Hunt Cemetery on Big Sandy River Road Fort Gay, WV.

Friends may visit the family from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday at the Wilson Funeral Home.
