Sheriff Rick Thompson stated a drug suspect was arrested in the Wayne area Wednesday.
Sheriff Thompson stated that Wanda Harvey was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit for a warrant from an investigation earlier this month.
Harvey is charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin. The Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit seized a distribution quantity of Heroin from her during a traffic stop in Lavalette.
The Wayne County Sheriff Drug Enforcement Unit also received tips that Wanda was distributing Heroin in the Wilson’s Creek area of Wayne.
