Patricha Lynn Frazier 32 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away on November 8, 2024 following a automobile accident.

Patricha was born December 29, 1991 at Huntingon, West Virginia the daughter of Rodney Frazier and Angel Goooslin. She was a Caregiver.

Survivors include her father Rodney (Rose) Frazier, her mother Angel (Pam) Gooslin; a sister Shelby Rose Frazier; two step brothers Andrew Smith and Danny Smith; her Paternal Grandfather Menuard Frazier; first cousin April Knight; cousin Haley Hale; aunt Pearl Harmon; and uncle and aunt Ray and Kim Jenkins.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday November 14th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Hale-Ash Cemetery.

Friends may visit the family on Thursday from noon until time of services.

Care for Patricha and her family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
