Louisa is well known for celebrating halloween on every day except 31 October. Perhaps a new mayor will fix this.
Forget the Oct. 27 the part. They obviously mean Saturday night. Oct 29 the.

well fort gay is haveing theirs the same night also and I thank it should be on the 31 look at all other towns and they all have it on the 30th or 31

Halloween is the 31st. Would be so much easier to honor the 31st and Trick or Treat then. This shouldn’t even be a topic.

I’m glad they are having it on a Saturday this year, it’s been a long time for my whole family to be able to trick or treat together. Daddy usually doesn’t get off work in time,as well as having to work all day and get up early the next day,,also the keeping kids out late on a school night. It’s October every day this month is Halloween, enjoy while you can Christmas is taking over,,lol.
Its going to rain anyway according to WSAZ News 3. Fort Gay and Louisa need to change it or they may not be any trick or treating.

Haven’t on a Saturday is smart. On a weekday where parents are rushing home from work to get to their children to take them out. Or parents working evening shifts and missing out on their child experience or worst the kid missing out.
The 29th is Monday not Saturday.
