Tolsia Head Coach Matt Stanley

 COACH’S COMMENTS

“… Man, it is always nice to win on Homecoming, coming off a couple of tough ones against Tug Valley and Sherman it was nice to win comfortably. Still too many penalties and silly mistakes but I believe we are this close to getting that stuff figured out. Those kinds of things really hindered us in our losses this season. We just don’t have a third and 30 play in our playbook. Proud of the defense for really rallying to the football and gang tackling tonight.”

“… What can I say about my kicker, he came to me when I got the job and said I want to be your kicker and I gave him a football and boy has he put in the work. Only missed a couple of extra points on the year and really feel comfortable putting him out from about 33 yards in. We are going to get him to a couple of camps this offseason and think he can be a real weapon for us the stronger he gets.”
