COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Great win against Grace Christian on Friday night. They have a good program and to get a win over them feels good. Thought our kids played so hard and that is all I can ask for. We fell behind early but battled back to get the win.”
“… Against Mingo Central Saturday we once again fell behind after another slow start. Battled back and had a shot to win it in the end says a lot about our kids. I wouldn’t take my locker room for any other locker room around.”
Tolsia Senior Ben Clayton
PLAYER’S COMMENTS
“… It was big for us to get this win tonight over Man to finish our four game home stand with a 2-2 record. Huge for our confidence before we go on a four game road swing beginning Friday with Hannan, Saturday at Wayne and then next week at Tug Valley and Prestonsburg.”
“… It feels great to beat Man. Like I told you in the preseason interview. This is the one I was looking forward to the most because I thought they did us wrong and to pay them back is extra special.”
“… I missed some threes in the first half that felt good but didn’t go in. In the second half it felt like I was shooting into an ocean. I knew they were going to go in. Credit my teammates for looking for me and kept feeding me the ball in good spots.”
Great Job Rebels !!
