We are asking you to furnish addition information about the parents and their son. Where parents/son worked and lived etc.. If son was married, had family, had siblings. School, church, civic organizations parents & son were involved in. The Genealogical & Historical Society would love to preserve this family history. We want to write a book about all the Gold Star Parents and their sons who were K.I.A. and are buried in Wayne County West Virginia.
We are also asking you to send us a picture of the parents headstone including in the picture the Gold Star Marker after it has been set.
Looking to touch base about my grandparents. They lost two sons in WW2. They have the bridge south of Prichard named after them
