Ruby Jean Vance, 76, of Ashland, KY passed away Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Kings Daughters Medical Center.
Mrs. Vance was born December 29, 1942 in Louisa, Kentucky to the late Bill and Carrie Williamson Cole. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sons, Billy Joe, Ernest, and Jerry Frazier, and one daughter, Brenda Branham.
She is survived by three sons, Tony Frazier, Gary Frazier, and Bobby Frazier; one brother, James Cole; and two sisters, Bonnie Cole and Joyce Ann Cole. She also leaves behind eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
She was a retired laborer for Calgon Plant.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Frazier Cemetery at Clifford.
Friends may visit the family on Wednesday, October 9 after 5:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home.
