LEAGUE ORGANIZER COMMENTS:
“What a great year it has been… It’s been such a blessing to be a part of this. Louisa First Baptist Church has been great, treating us all like family. The Levisa Lazer has been wonderful, giving us a HUGE platform to broadcast our vision. The guys in the league have also been awesome – basketball can be an emotional game, but everyone played the game with respect, dignity, and good sportsmanship. We have had so many people pitch in to help with various operational activities, such as Courtney Gillman, Courtney Stiltner, Brian Ratliff, Greg Woods, Dale Whitaker, Bo Brumfield, Josh Wilkes, Bobby Hale, Jamie Casey, Doug Ison, Jason Wellman, Christina Wellman, Jeremy Wellman, Kylen Webb, and Paul Maynard – and the list goes on and on. Finally, and most importantly, we want to thank God for allowing all of this to be possible… He is surely forming relationships and connections that will transform our community from the inside out. Stay tuned to www.RISEabovelouisa.com to see what’s coming our way next!”
