Closing of Low Income Public Housing Waiting List
Effective June 13, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. the Housing Authority of Lawrence County
(HALC) will be closing the Efficiency, One, and Three-Bedroom Public Housing
Waiting List. HALC will continue to accept applications for all other bedroom
sizes. Applications are available at the Administrative Office located at 101 Gene
Wilson Blvd. Louisa, KY. 41230. No pre-applications for the Efficiency, One or
Three-Bedroom Waiting List will be accepted after the closing date and time.
Closing of Section 8 Waiting List
Effective June 13, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. the Housing Authority of Lawrence County
(HALC) will be closing the Section 8 Waiting List.
No pre-applications will be accepted for the Section 8 Waiting List after the
closing date and time.
Public Notice will be provided when the HALC re-opens the Public Housing and
the Section 8 Waiting Lists.
