SHERIFF SEEKING PUBLIC HELP AFTER THE DISCOVERY OF THE DEAD HORSE THURSDAY MORNING NEAR OLD STRIP MINE

HORSE FOUND SHOT AND KILLED THURSDAY MORNING IN MARTIN COUNTY, KY., LEADING TO REWARD OFFER BY SHERIFF JOHN KIRK FOR INFO LEADING TO WHOEVER COMMITTED THE VICIOUS CRIME.
Martin County Sheriff John H. Kirk is asking for any information from local residents after a horse was found shot to death.
Sheriff Kirk said he found the deceased horse on Thursday morning, March 25, off New Route 3 Mayo 5 Strip Job.
Sheriff Kirk stated he is offering a $2,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons who shot and killed this horse.
