MOST WANTED !
SHERIFF KIRK ASKS FOR PUBLIC HELP IN LOCATING FOUR CRIMINAL INDIVIDUALS WANTED FOR A TOTAL OF 14 FELONIES
On Tuesday March 1, Sheriff John H. Kirk and the Martin County Sheriff’s Department released information to ask the general public in regards to the whereabouts of four wanted subjects who are facing a slew of serious felonies.
The four people the MCSD is seeking to arrest and their criminal charges are listed as following:
* Paul “Poggy” Mills, 62, of Beauty, is wanted by the Martin County Sheriff’s Department is wanted on the felony charges of: Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st offense, Possession of a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) 1st Degree 2nd offense, Fleeing or evading police, 1st Degree, on foot, and Persistent Felony Offender.
He is also wanted on the felony charges of: Escape 2nd degree, Tampering with prisoner monitoring device, and Persistent felony offender.
* Mark A. Preece, 33, of Jeffersonville, Kentucky; and also Belfry, Kentucky; is wanted by the Martin County Sheriff’s Department for the felony charge of: Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000.
* Bruce Bowen Jr., 33, of Inez, is wanted by the Martin County Sheriff’s Department for the felony charge of:
Conspiracy to Trafficking Controlled Substance 1st Offense.
* Billy R. Prince, 31, of Pilgrim, Kentucky; is wanted by the Martin County Sheriff’s Department for the felony charges of: Fleeing or Evading Police, 1ST Degree, Assault, 2ND Degree, Wanton Endangerment-1ST Degree, Wanton Endangerment-2ND Degree, Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operator’s License.
