Jason T. Pennington, 45, of Inez ,Kentucky;was arrested on December 8, 2021, at 4:15 A.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty & deputy Lauren O’Bryan, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE (HEROIN), • DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – BUY/POSSESS.

Kyle Taylor, 39, of Detroit, Michigan; was arrested on December 8, 2021,at 4:26 A.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, deputy Lauren O’Bryan, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and trooper Ryan Hale, of the Kentucky State Police. Post 9-Pikeville, KY., and was charged with: • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – (> OR = 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE), • TAMPERING WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE.

George D. English, 50, of Warfield, Kentucky;was arrested on December 9, 2021, at 8:46 P.M., by Sheriff John H. Kirk & deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).
 

Barbara Gordon, 41, of Inez, Kentucky;was arrested on December 9, 2021, at 8:51 P.M., by Sheriff John H. Kirk & deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).
 

Frankie L. Maynard, 45, of Pilgrim,Kentucky; was arrested on December 9,2021, at 8:56 P.M., by Sheriff John H. Kirk & deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY $500 < $1,000, • POSSESSION IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST DEGREE,1ST OFFENSE – (METHAMPHETAMINE).
 

James D. Barber, 33, of Debord,Kentucky; was arrested on December 10,2021,at 10:43 A.M., by deputy Billy Patrick, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • FUGITIVE FROM ANOTHER STATE – WARRANT REQUIRED.
 

Amanda Ball, 34, of Crum, West Virginia; was arrested on December 10, 2021, at 12:11 P.M., by deputy Billy Patrick, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: •  PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • FAILURE TO APPEAR.
 
Christopher S. Marcum, 46, of Inez, Kentucky;was arrested on December 10, 2021, by Sheriff John H. Kirk, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) NO VISIBLE INJURY.

Jonathan C. Mills, 44, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested in Johnson County, on December 10, 2021, at 2:20 P.M., by the Johnson County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • BAIL JUMPING 1ST DEGREE.

Larry Compton, 31, of Hazard, Kentucky; was arrested on December 12, 2021, at 4:18 A.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY), • RESISTING ARREST, • MENACING, • DISORDERLY CONDUCT, 2ND DEGREE.

Kevin Charles Pearce, 37, of Inez,Kentucky; was arrested on December 12,2021,at 4:44 A.M.,by a trooper of the Kentucky State Police, Post 9-Pikeville, KY., & was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (DOMESTIC VIOLENCE) NO VISIBLE INJURY.

Clayton L. Murphy, 51,of Louisa,Kentucky; was arrested on December 13,2021,at 10:39 A.M., by Sheriff John H. Kirk, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ASSAULT, 4TH DEGREE (MINOR INJURY). This warrant charge was from out of Lawrence County.

Joshua Matthews, 32, of St. Louis, Missouri; was arrested on December 13, 2021, at 12:18 P.M., by Sheriff John H. Kirk, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FUGITIVE FROM ANOTHER STATE – WARRANT REQUIRED.

William Blackburn Jr., 38 , of Louisa, Kentucky; was arrested on December 13, 2021, at 2:37 P.M., by deputy Dustin Jude, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with via a grand jury indictment: • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, 1ST DEGREE, 1ST OFFENSE – ( > OR = 2 GRAMS METHAMPHETAMINE)-[2 SEPARATE CHARGES COUNTS], • TRAFFICKING IN CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 1ST OFFENSE (HEROIN)

Jonathan E. Mollett, 33, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on December 14, 2021, at 1:13 A.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY $1,000 < $10,000, • POSSESSION OF FIREARM BY CONVICTED FELON.
 
Brian Howell, 41, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on December 14, 2021, by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
 

Austin Crum, 26, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on December 14, 2021, at 5:15 P.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • IMPROPER USE OF DEALER PLATES *OBS*, •SERVING TWO BENCH WARRANTS FOR COURT.

Clayton Jude, 48, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on December 16,2021,at 12:08 A.M., by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL), • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT.
 
Tommy D. Evans, 43, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on December 16, 2021, by deputy Lauren O’Bryan, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING BENCH WARRANT FOR COURT. The court bench warrant for Tommy Evans was from out of Bath County, KY. District Court.

Dustin Stacy, 30, of Tomahawk, Kentucky; was arrested on December 16, 2021, at 11:38 P.M.,by deputy Lauren O’Bryan,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).
 

Skyler Harmon, 22, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on December 18, 2021, at 11:48 A.M.,by Constable James Bradford Preece,of the Martin County Constable Office-District 4, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).

James Muncy, 39, of Inez, Kentucky; was arrested on December 21, 2021, at 6:48 P.M.,by deputy Gerald Clark,of the Martin County Sheriff Department, & was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS UNDER/$500.
 

Eddie Maynard, 57, of Lovely, Kentucky; was arrested on December 21,2021,at 11:07 P.M.,by deputy William Tyler Lafferty, of the Martin County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • BAIL JUMPING 1ST DEGREE.
