Louisa, Ky. — Lawrence County soccer star Aiden Mynhier continues to rack up the postseason accolades after landing on the East second team All-State team earlier this week.

Myhnier led the Bulldogs to a 9-9 record his senior season with 33 goals and 5 assists.

He was also named the 15th Region Player of the Year.

Aiden is the son of Sonny and KayDe Myhnier of Louisa. .

Bulldog Head Coach Scott Johnson

COACH’S COMMENTS

“… Aiden has been a big part of our program for the last 4 years. In that time he has been first team all region, player of the year, and this marks his second time making the All State team to represent the East.  I am very proud of Aiden and his accomplishments.

“…He really stepped up this season to fill a need for some more offense.  His prior three years, he was able to allow others to do the scoring, but he took on that responsibility this past season and put up some great numbers.  Aiden has always been a team-first kind of player and he leaves a great legacy of working hard and and having respect for his teammates.”
