PLAYER’S COMMENTS
“… Well, it definitely relieves a little stress getting to go ahead and get it out of the way before season starts. I’m just glad it set up in a way where I could sign ahead of time.”
“… Marshall has always been one of those dream schools for me being so close to home. On the field I just want to do whatever I can to help us win games. Academically they have what I’m looking for with one of the best sports medicine programs in the country. I’m pretty excited about it looking forward.”
“… Losing some of the guys we lost definitely leaves room for some guys to step up this year at LC. For me, I’m now a senior and that means it’s my job to keep our guys together and make sure we stay focused on the end goal.”
Lawrence Co. Head Coach Travis Feltner
COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Very excited for Will and his opportunity to continue his playing career at the collegiate level. He’s an outstanding athlete, student and even more important — person.”
“… Will has worked very hard over the last year, especially in the weight room and I believe that work will make a huge impact for him on the field. “
“…We are beyond excited for what he and the rest of his teammates are going to bring to the field this upcoming season.”
Why was Marshall’s baseball coach fired after 16 years? Do they even have a coach? Yikes !!!!
