LCHS  2nd Annual Spring Science Night Career Fair Event

Mr. Grayson,
I hope this email finds you well, this is largely the same information provided before, simply updating the date. We thank you so much for participating in this event, and if you cannot make it, we totally understand. That last moment snow in March messed everything up, but I have been assured by the brightest weather minds that we “probably” won’t get any snow next Tuesday! If you have already mentioned that you won’t be able to make it but you have still received this email, I apologize, but we would love for you to attend next year if able! If you know someone attending but don’t see their email in this list, please feel free to forward it to them! The more the merrier!
Thank you!
If you are receiving this email it means that you have agreed to come to our 2nd annual Spring Science Night Career Fair Event. This email will contain a few details to help you all arrive and make this whole thing a success.
WHEN:
April 14th from 5 to 7 p.m., and we would suggest not arriving before 4:00 p.m. to allow for our students and busses to get out of the way. There will likely be active set up going on, and we will have things prepared for you as quickly as possible. If there is anything specific you need, now is the time to let us know! We will ensure that everyone that needs power and internet will have it, but the earlier we are informed of any potential needs the better we can fulfill them.
WHERE:
100 Bulldog Ln, Louisa, KY 41230 is the address for our High School. On the drive up to the building, there are a few turns, you just have to head straight, and take a right past the tennis court to enter the main parking lot. We are suggesting that you take the nearest parking to the front door that you can to allow for any materials you have to be carried inside easily. I am going to attach an image below from google maps to highlight where you might want to park.
