Recently, LC Schools hosted a dedication and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly constructed Lawrence County Vocational Annex.

.

This project was made possible through a generous grant of $9,280,350 from the Kentucky School Facilities Construction Commission.  We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the individuals who worked tirelessly on the grant writing process, enabling our district to be selected for this funding.

.

Several keynote speakers graced the event, including former LC Superintendent Dr. Fletcher. Additionally, Rocky Adkins, Advisor to the Governor, and Representative Scott Sharp joined us to commemorate this significant educational milestone for our students.

.

Guests, along with members of the LC Board of Education, toured the new annex, greenhouse, and softball facilities.  We sincerely thank all those involved in bringing these new facilities to life for our LC students!
