ARREST COMPLAINT
On the above date dispatch received a call from the owner of Creek Side Cabins in reference to an intoxicated male outside of his camper.
Upon arrival I spoke with the caller and he advised that the male had his vehicle running and there was several containers of moonshine in the vehicle opened. Once I arrived at the camper the above male was falling down in front of the camper and his vehicle was running in the driveway. I observed the open containers and confronted the male. The above male Jarrod Lofton was manifestly under the influence of alcohol. He could not stand on his own, his speech was slurred and I could smell alcohol on his breath.
Based on the vehicle running and Jarrod was staying by himself in the camper I made the decision to arrest him for being intoxicated in public and to keep him from operating his vehicle.

ARREST COMPLAINT Charge 1: POSS CONT SUB 1ST DEG, 1ST OFF (METHAMPHETAMINE) On the date and time above while patrolling N HWY 201 in the Webbville area of Lawrence County, I observed the above car driving on N HWY 201 north bound with white light coming from the rear tail light and no plate lights working. When I stopped the car I spoke with the driver Tasha Ramey, who did not have her license on her. She stated that she had them in the trunk of the car, while looking for them I could see a plate in her bag the is used to roll marijuana on. When I asked if I could look in the bag she agreed. I found loaded syringes with what looks to be methamphetamine ready to be used. I also found cards in the bags that had been taken from a home on S HWY 201 a few days before this date. Tasha stated that none of the items I found were hers, William stated that everything was his and he placed the items in the bags where I found them and that it was meth in the syringes. William was placed under arrest and taken to BSRDC.
