Extortion, Drug Charges, and Burglary are just some of the alleged crimes committed in Lawrence Co. Ky
The Grand Jury charges that on or before January 20,2019 through a period of ending on February 9, 2019 in Lawrence County Ky that:
1. Brandie Mollette acting alone or in complicity with Jonathan C. Hall, Brandy Perkins, Jason A. Hale, Felix Cancel committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, a set of digital scales and empty baggies with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled, namely Methamphetamine.
2. The above named defendant, Brandie Mollette, committed the offense of Tampering with Physical Evidence by knowingly and unlawfully destroying,concealing, or altering physical evidence that she believed would be used against her in an official proceeding.
3. The above name defendant acting alone or in complicity with Jason A. Hale committed the offense of Possession Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a torch lighter, and an altered light bulb containing chemical residue.

Jason A. Hale 38, of Louisa KY
The Grand Jury charges that on or before January 20,2019 through a period of ending on February 9, 2019 in Lawrence County Ky that:
1. Jason A.Hale acting alone or in complicity with Jonathan C. Hall, Brandy Perkins, Brandie Mollette, Felix Cancel committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, a set of digital scales and empty baggies with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled, namely Methamphetamine.
2. The above named defendant, Brandie Mollette, committed the offense of Tampering with Physical Evidence by knowingly and unlawfully destroying,concealing, or altering physical evidence that she believed would be used against her in an official proceeding.
3. The above name defendant acting alone or in complicity with Jason A. Hale committed the offense of Possession Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a torch lighter, and an altered light bulb containing chemical residue.

Felix Cancel, 22, of Louisa KY
The Grand Jury charges that on or before January 20,2019 through a period of ending on February 9, 2019 in Lawrence County Ky that:
1. Felix Cancel acting alone or in complicity with Jonathan C. Hall, Brandy Perkins, Brandie Mollette, Felix Cancel committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, a set of digital scales and empty baggies with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled, namely Methamphetamine
2. The above name defendant , Felix Cancel, committed the offense of Possession Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered straw.

Brandi N. Perkins, 34, of Louisa KY
The Grand Jury charges that on or before January 20,2019 through a period of ending on February 9, 2019 in Lawrence County Ky that:
1. Brandi N. Perkins acting alone or in complicity with Jason A.Hale, Brandy Perkins, Jonathan C. Hall, Felix Cancel committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, a set of digital scales and empty baggies with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled, namely Methamphetamine.
2.The above named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Joseph C. Hall, Brandie Mollette, Jason A. Hale and Felix Cancel committed the offense Trafficking in Marijuana ( less than 8 ounces) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of marijuana with the intent to traffic in that marijuana or by traffickingin marijuana.

Jonathan C. Hall , 26, of Louisa KY.
The Grand Jury charges that on or before January 20,2019 through a period of ending on February 9, 2019 in Lawrence County Ky that:
1. Jonathan C. Hall acting alone or in complicity with Jason A.Hale, Brandy Perkins, Brandie Mollette, Felix Cancel committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a controlled substance, a set of digital scales and empty baggies with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a controlled, namely Methamphetamine.

Carlos Scott Hammond ,35 of Louisa KY.
The grand jury charges that on or about February 25, 2019 in Lawrence Co. Kentucky and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Carlos Scott Hammond acting alone or in complicity with Kenneth Fitch and Joseph Warrix committed the offense of Burglary in the Third Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in an outbuilding owned by Mr. Freddy Ramey of Louisa, KY.
2. Carlos Scott Hammond acting alone or in complicity with Joseph Warrix comitted the offense of Tampering with Physical Evidence by knowingly and and unlawfully destroyed, concealed, removed,or altered physical evidence in which he believed would be used against him in an official proceeding.

Joseph Warrix, 46 of Blaine, KY
The grand jury charges that on or about February 25, 2019 in Lawrence Co. Kentucky and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Joseph Warrix acting alone or in complicity with Kenneth Fitch and Carlos Scott Hammond committed the offense of Burglary in the Third Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in an outbuilding owned by Mr. Freddy Ramey of Louisa, KY.
2. Joseph Warrix acting alone or in complicity with Carlos Scott Hammond comitted the offense of Tampering with Physical Evidence by knowingly and and unlawfully destroyed, concealed, removed, or altered physical evidence in which he believed would be used against him in an official proceeding.
3.That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender,in the Second Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than 21 years of age, he was previously convicted of a prior felony when he/she was at least 18 yrs of age, which sentenced imposed a term of imprisonmentof one year or more, and that the offender either (a) completed service of the sentence the previous felony offense within five years of the date of comission of the instant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release,or discharged from legal release,within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense ( Commonwealth vs. Joseph Warrix, Campbell Circuit Court 15-CR-00205)

The grand jury charges that on or about February 25, 2019 in Lawrence Co. Kentucky and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Kenneth Fitch acting alone or in complicity with Joseph Warrix and Carlos Scott Hammond committed the offense of Burglary in the Third Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in an outbuilding owned by Mr. Freddy Ramey of Louisa, KY.
2. The above named defendant Kenneth Fitch committed the Offense of Fleeing / Evading Police in the 1st Degree by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding signs and signals to stop, given by Sheriff Chuck Jackson of the Lawrence Co Sheriffs Dept. in an attempt to flee from arrest.
3. The above named defendant committed the offense of Wanton Endangerment in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in conduct which creates substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person.
4. The above named defendant,Kenneth Fitch committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in Possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
5. The above named defendant,Kenneth Fitch committed the offense of Use/Possession Drug Paraphernalia First by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of altered glass pipes and syringes.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before December 31st,2018 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Eric T Ward acting alone or in complicity with Rhea Mann committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in Possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
2. The above named defendant acting alone or in complicit with Rhea Mann committed the offnese of Use/Possession Drug Paraphernalia 1st by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of several syringes and a glass pipe containing chemical residue.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before December 31st,2018 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:
1. Rhea acting alone or in complicity with Eric T.Ward committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in Possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
2. The above named defendant acting alone or in complicit with Eric T.Ward committed the offnese of Use/Possession Drug Paraphernalia 1st by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of several syringes and a glass pipe containing chemical residue.

The Grand Jury charges that on or before November 21,2018 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above named defendant:
1. Jeramie Vanover committed the offense of Bail Jumping in the 1st degree by knowingly and unlawfully having been released from custody by the court, with or without bail,upon condition that he will subsequently appear at a specified time and place in connection with felony charge of (17-CR-00162, Lawrence Circuit Court) he failed to appear at that time and place as ordered by the court, namely a Setencing Hearing.

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before March 1,2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above named defendant:
1. James Mullett committed the offense of Possession of a controlled substance in the 1st Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Schedule II Controlled substance, Hydrocodone.
2. The above named defendant committed the offense of Possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a schedule III controlled substance, Xanax.

The Grand Jury charges that on or about March 14,2019 in Lawrence County Kentucky and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above named defendant:
1. Joseph Marcum acting alone or in complicity with Joshua Featherolf committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in Possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.
2. The above named defendant acting or in complicity with Joshua Fetherolf committed the offense of Drug Parapharnalia Use/Possess by knowingly and unlawfully being in Possession of a spoon with chemical residue thereon and an altered straw.
3. The above named defendant committed the offense of Fleeing/Evading the Police in the 2nd degree by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding the orders of Deputy Cory Cook with Lawrence Co Sheriffs Dept orders to stop who had an articulable reasonable suspicion that the crime had been committed.

2. The above named defendant acting in complicity with Joseph Marcum committed the offense of Use/Possession Drug Paraphernalia First by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of two altered pipes.

1. Sylvia Skaggs committed the offense of Attempted theft by Extortion by knowingly and unlawfully demanding that William Skaggs pay $10,000 under threat of criminal prosecution.

The Grand Jury charges that on or about March 2, 2019 in Lawrence Co. Kentucky , and before the finding of the indictment herein , the above name defendant:
1. Brian Maynard committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in Possession of a Controlled Substance , namely Methamphetamine.
2. The above named defendant committed the offense of Fleeing or Evading the Police in the second degree by knowingly and and unlawfully disregarding the orders of Deputy Cory Cook of Lawrence County Sheriffs Dept to stop who had an articulable reasonable suspicion that a crime had been committed.
3. The above named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor a Motor Vehicle on Suspended or Revoked License by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle while his license to operate said motor vehicle had been suspended or revoked.
4. The above named defendant committed the offense of Carrying a Concealed Weapon by knowingly and unlawfully carrying a butterfly styled knife concealed on his person.
