The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 18th, 2025, Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Zachary Blair committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of scales, empty syringes and altered straws.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Cheyanna Butcher

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before March 1st, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Cheyanna Butcher committed the offense of a controlled substance in the first (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana by knowingly or unlawfully possessing marijuana.

3. The above named defendant committed the violation of License Plate Not Legible by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without having a properly legible, visible or readable license plate as defined and required in KRS: 186.170.

4. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Failure To Produce Insurance Card by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without an Insurance Card as defined and required in KRS: 304.39-117.

5. The above-named defendant committed the violation of No/ Registration Receipt by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without proper registration plates as defined in KRS: 186.170.

6. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Failure To Signal by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without using the and/or required proper signals as defined in KRS: 189.380.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Richard Edwards

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before September 4th, 2024, Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Richard Edwards committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a glass pipe.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Seldon Larison

The Grand Jury charges that, on or about October 30, 2024 through November 14, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Seldon Larison, acting alone or in complicity with Savannah Larison, committed the offense of Criminal Abuse in the First (1st) Degree Victim Under Twelve Years of Age by intentionally abusing another person twelve years of age or less who is physically helpless, namely (A.L.), by causing serious physical injury to that person and/or by causing torture, cruel confinement, or cruel punishment to that person.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Savannah Larison

The Grand Jury charges that, on or about October 30, 2024 through November 14, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Savannah Larison, acting alone or in complicity with Seldon Larison, committed the offense of Criminal Abuse in the First (1st) Degree – Victim Under Twelve Years of Age by intentionally abusing another person twelve years of age or less who is physically helpless, namely (A.L.), by causing serious physical injury to that person and/or by causing torture, cruel confinement, or cruel punishment to that person.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Travis Lay

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before August 14th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Travis Lay committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Heroin.

2. Travis Lay committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Schedule I narcotic, Fentanyl.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Tabitha Jude

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before October 18th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Tabitha Jude committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Brianna Osborne

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 19th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Brianna Osborne committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

2. Brianna Osborne committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance, Heroin.

3. Brianna Osborne committed the offense of Tampering With Physical Evidence by knowingly and unlawfully destroying, removing, altering or concealing physical evidence that She believed would be used against him in an official proceeding.

4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of two (2) altered spoons containing chemical residue, multiple cut/altered straws and multiple used and unused syringes.

5. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor by knowingly and unlawfully being a parent, guardian or person legally charged with the care or custody of a minor and failing or refusing to exercise diligence in the control of such a child to prevent the child from becoming a neglected, dependent, or delinquent child.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Jamey Mckinster

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before May 9th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Jamey Mckinster committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

2. Jamey Mckinster committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Schedule I narcotic, Fentanyl.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a glass pipe and numerous unused plastic baggies.

The Grand Jury charges: That on or about September 11th, 2024, in Lawrence County County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Matthew Kelley committed the offense of Burglary in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in Kimber’s Country Market Country Market located on Kentucky Route 32 in the Blaine community of Lawrence County, KY, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Cynthia Broyles

The Grand Jury charges: That on July 11th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Cynthia Broyles committed the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking Over $10,000.00 (Auto) by taking a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe automobile from Mr. Phillip McCoy of Louisa, KY., with a approximate value of $19,000.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Jeffrey Perry

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 16th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Jeffrey Perry committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

2. Jeffrey Perry committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered glass smoking pipe.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Clina Goble

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 16th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Clina Goble committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

2. Clina Goble committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered glass smoking pipe.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Homer Hale

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 16th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Homer Hale committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree < 2 Grams (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 11.65 grams of Methamphetamine, $79.00 in cash monies, with the intent of trafficking in that controlled substance, or by Trafficking in Methamphetamine, namely approximately 11.65 grams of Methamphetamine.

2. Homer Hale committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the Second (2nd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Schedule III narcotic, namely four (4) dosage units of Buprenorphine (Suboxone), $79.00 in cash monies, with the intent of trafficking in that schedule III narcotic, or by Trafficking in Buprenorphine, namely approximately four (4) dosage units of Buprenorphine.

3. That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the Second (2nd) Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of a prior felony when he/ she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the sentence previous felony offense within five (5) years of the date of commission of the instant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release, or discharged from legal release, within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense (COMMONWEALTH VS HOMER HALE, LAWRENCE CIRCUIT COURT 22-CR-00137)

4. Homer Hale committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the Third (3rd) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of scheduled IV controlled substance, Clonazepam, $79.00 in cash monies, with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in a scheduled IV controlled substance, namely Clonazepam.

5. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Menacing by knowingly and unlawfully placing others in reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Robert Parker

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 3rd, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Robert Parker, acting alone or in complicity with Alexiya Schwan committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

2. Robert Parker, acting alone or in complicity with Alexiya Schwan committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of two (2) glass pipes containing burnt chemical residue.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Alexiya Schwan

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 3rd, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Alexiya Schwan, acting alone or in complicity with Robert Parker committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

2. Alexiya Schwan, acting alone or in complicity with Robert Parker committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of two (2) glass pipes containing burnt chemical residue.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Regan Young

The Grand Jury charges: That on December 3rd, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Regan Young committed the offense of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon by being in possession of a Taurus Brand .357 caliber handgun after having been previously convicted of a prior felony, COMMONWEALTH VS REGAN YOUNG (DOB: 9/22/1973), BOYD CIRCUIT COURT 15-CR-00319-002, 15-CR-0011 AND 08-CR- 00061.

2. Regan Young committed the offense of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon by being in possession of a Ruger .22 caliber handgun after having been previously convicted of a prior felony, COMMONWEALTH VS REGAN YOUNG (DOB: 9/22/1973), BOYD CIRCUIT COURT 15-CR-00319-002, 15-CR-0011 AND 08-CR-00061.)

3. Regan Young committed the offense of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon by being in possession of a High Standard brand .22 caliber handgun after having been previously convicted of a prior felony, COMMONWEALTH VS REGAN YOUNG (DOB: 9/22/1973), BOYD CIRCUIT COURT 15-CR-00319-002, 15-CR-0011 AND 08-CR- 00061.

4. Regan Young committed the offense of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon by being in possession of a Traditions brand .50 caliber rifle after having been previously convicted of a prior felony, COMMONWEALTH VS REGAN YOUNG (DOB: 9/22/1973), BOYD CIRCUIT COURT 15-CR-00319-002, 15-CR-0011 AND 08-CR- 00061.

5. Regan Young committed the offense of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon by being in possession of a Harrison and Richardson brand .410 shotgun after having been previously convicted of a prior felony, COMMONWEALTH VS REGAN YOUNG (DOB: 9/22/1973), BOYD CIRCUIT COURT 15-CR-00319-002, 15- CR-0011 AND 08-CR-00061.

6. Regan Young committed the offense of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon by being in possession of a Mosin-Nagant 7.62 Russian rifle after having been previously convicted of a prior felony, COMMONWEALTH VS REGAN YOUNG (DOB: 9/22/1973), BOYD CIRCUIT COURT 15-CR-00319-002, 15-CR-0011 AND 08-CR- 00061.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Regan Young

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 3rd, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Regan Young committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 10.967 grams of a schedule I narcotic, (Heroin), $1,660 in cash monies, multiple sets of digital scales, multiple “used” and “unused” individual plastic baggies with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in that schedule I narcotic, namely Heroin, while in possession of a Harrison and Richardson brand .410 shotgun, a Remington brand 970 Express shotgun, a Ruger Brand .22 caliber pistol, a Taurus .357 caliber revolver, a High Standard brand .22 caliber pistol, a Mosin Nagant brand 7.62 rifle, and a box of various caliber ammunition.

2. Regan Young committed the the offense of Aggravated Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree-Fentanyl by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 32.381 grams of a schedule II narcotic, (Fentanyl), $1,660 in cash monies, multiple sets of digital scales, multiple “used” and “unused” individual plastic baggies with the intent to traffic in that schedule II narcotic or by trafficking in that schedule II narcotic, namely Fentanyl.

3. Regan Young committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree- Methamphetamine by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 67.291 grams of a
controlled substance, (Methamphetamine), $1,660 in cash monies, multiple sets of digital scales, multiple “used” and “unused” individual plastic baggies with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in that controlled substance, namely Methamphetamine, while in possession of a Harrison and Richardson brand .410 shotgun, a Remington brand 970 Express shotgun, a Ruger Brand .22 caliber pistol, a Taurus .357 caliber revolver, a High Standard brand .22 caliber pistol, a Mosin Nagant brand 7.62 rifle, and a box of various caliber ammunition.

4. Regan Young committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree- Cocaine by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately .734 grams of a schedule II narcotic, (Cocaine), $1,660 in cash monies, multiple sets of digital scales, multiple “used” and “unused” individual plastic baggies with the intent to traffic in that controlled schedule II narcotic or by trafficking in that schedule II narcotic, namely Cocaine, while in possession of a Harrison and Richardson brand .410 shotgun, a Remington brand 970 Express shotgun, a Ruger Brand .22 pistol, caliber a Taurus .357 caliber revolver, Standard brand .22 caliber pistol, a Mosin Nagant a High brand 7.62 rifle, and a box of various caliber ammunition.

5. That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the First (1st) Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of two prior.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. John Rice

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 16th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. John Rice committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 10.30 grams of marijuana.

3. The above-named defendant committed the violation of
Failure To Produce Insurance Card by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without an Insurance Card as defined and required in KRS: 304.39-117.

4. The above- named defendant committed the violation of Rear License Not Illuminated by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle on a Kentucky roadway without proper rear license, not properly illuminated as defined in KRS: 186.170.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Doris Strickland

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 24th, 2022, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Doris Strickland Committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree (Fentanyl) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Fentanyl, with the intent of trafficking in that Schedule II narcotic, or by trafficking in that Fentanyl, of any quantity.

2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of multiple glass pipes.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Julia Taylor

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 17th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Julia Taylor committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

2. Julia Taylor committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a smoking pipe.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Marijuana by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 10.30 grams of marijuana.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Adam Perry

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before August 10th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Adam Pery acting alone or in complicity with Lillian Perry committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree > 2 Grams (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 11.4 grams of Methamphetamine, $194.00 in cash monies, scales and numerous plastic baggies, with the intent of trafficking that controlled substance, or by Trafficking in Methamphetamine, namely approximately 11.4 grams of Methamphetamine.

2. That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the First (1st) Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of two prior felonies when he/ she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the sentence the previous felony offense within five (5) years of the date of commission of the instant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release, or discharged from legal release, within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense (COMMONWEALTH VS ADAM PERRY, LAWRENCE CIRCUIT COURT 22-CR-00012, 21-CR-00035 AND 13-CR-00017)

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before August 10th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Lillian Perry acting alone or in complicity with Adam Perry committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the first Degree > 2 Grams (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 11.4 grams of Methamphetamine, $194.00 in cash monies, scales and numerous plastic baggies, with the intent of trafficking in that controlled substance, or by Trafficking in Methamphetamine, namely approximately 11.4 grams of Methamphetamine.

2. Lillian Perry committed the offense of Tampering With Physical Evidence by knowingly and unlawfully destroying, removing, altering or concealing physical evidence that he believed would be used against him in an official proceeding.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Rachel M. Wellman

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before January 11th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Rachel M. Wellman committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Frenchie K. Watts

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 19th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Frenchie K. Watts committed the offense of Arson in the First (1st) by intentionally starting a fire, causing damage, to a building inhabited and/or occupied at the time.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Eva Adamson

The Grand Jury charges: That from November 16th, 2022 through December 2nd, 2022, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Eva Adamson committed the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking Over $1,000.00 Under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully taking $1,100 in cash monies from Wal Mart of Louisa, KY.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Michael A. Rivera

The Grand Jury charges: That on January 22nd, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Michael A. Rivera, committed the offense of Criminal Mischief in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully damaged property, namely a public park bench, owned by the City of Louisa, with a value of the damages at approximately $700.00.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Rodney D. Childress

The Grand Jury charges: That on or about January 17th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Rodney D. Childress committed the offense of Burglary in the Third (3rd) Degree by by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in WalMart of Louisa, KY after having been banned from the premises on August 20th, 2018, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Bryan A. Bowen

The Grand Jury charges: That on or about March 3rd, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Bryan A. Bowen committed the offense of Burglary in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in WalMart of Louisa, KY after having been banned from the premises on May 31st, 2024, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Pamela J. Comacho

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 3rd, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Pamela J. Camacho committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First(1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.

2. Pamela J. Camacho committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third (3rd) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of sixty- four and 1/2 (64 1/2) dosage units of Gabapentin, a schedule V Controlled Substance.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Prescription Controlled Substance Not in the Proper Container by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of sixty-four 1/2 dosage units of Gabapentin not in the proper administered container.

4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Theft By Unlawful Taking Under $1,000 by knowingly and unlawfully taking or exercising control over eighty two ($82.00) dollars in value worth of makeup items, taken from WalMart of Louisa, KY.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Robbie Ward

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 14th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Robbie Ward committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

2. Robbie Ward committed the offense of Fleeing/Evading in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding signals and commands to stop given by Deputy Tyler Laney Department with the intent to flee, avoid or elude his arrest, while driving under the influence of alcohol or other substances or a combination of substances in violation of KRS 189A.010.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Wanton Endangerment in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in conduct which creates substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person, namely Deputy Tyler Laney with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department, while acting within the official capacity of the office.

4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Wanton Endangerment in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in conduct which creates substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person, namely Detective Hunter James with the Louisa Police Department, while acting within the official capacity of the office.

5. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Wanton Endangerment in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in conduct which creates substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person, namely Sgt. Steve Wilburn with the Louisa Police Department, while acting within the official capacity of the office.

6. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol/ Drugs First (1st) Offense or Greater Within Five (5) Years by operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle.

7. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Speeding Thirty five Miles Over Limit by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle at a speed of approximately 90 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour speed zone, which is 35 miles over said speed limit.

8. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Failure to Register Transfer of Motor Vehicle by knowingly and unlawfully failing to notify the proper licensing authority of a transfer of ownership within the timeframe prescribed by law.

9. The above-named defendant committed the offense of No Registration Receipt by knowingly and unlawfully failing to have in his possession the registration receipt issued by the cabinet through the county clerk’s office for the motor vehicle he was operating.

10. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Failure To Produce Insurance Card by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without an Insurance Card as defined and required in KRS: 304.39-117.

11. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Disregarding Traffic Control Device by knowingly and unlawfully failing to stop/yield at a operational traffic control device while operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Amy Fugett

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before September 12th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Amy Fugett committed the offense of the offense of Controlled Substance in the First (1st) degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in Possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a glass pipe, and two (2) small baggies.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Stephanie Marcum

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 7th, 2023, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Stephanie Marcum committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree > 2 Grams (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 18.355 grams of Methamphetamine, digital scales, and $156 dollars and 11 cents in cash monies, with the intent of trafficking in that controlled substance, or by Trafficking in Methamphetamine, namely approximately 18.355 grams of Methamphetamine.

2. Stephanie Marcum committed the offense OF Fleeing/Evading Police in the Second (2nd) Degree (On Foot) by knowingly and unlawfully disregarding Deputy Tyler Laney, with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department’s signs and signals to stop in an attempt to flee an arrest, while the Officers were acting in their official capacity.

3. That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the First (1st) Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of two prior felonies when he/ she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the sentence the previous felony offense within five (5) years of the date of commission of the instant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release, or discharged from legal release, within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense (COMMONWEALTH VS STEPHANIE MARCUM, MARTIN CIRCUIT COURT 19-CR-00014, 18-CR-00143, AND LAWRENCE CIRCUIT COURT 13-CR-00056)

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before August 9th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Lillian Pery acting alone or in complicity with Adam Perry committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree > 2 Grams (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 2.446 grams Methamphetamine, $764.00 in cash monies, scales and several plastic baggies, with the intent of trafficking in that controlled substance, or by Trafficking in Methamphetamine, namely approximately 2.446 grams of Methamphetamine.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Jeffrey Cooper

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before March 20th, 2024, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Jeffrey Cooper committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree < 2 Grams (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately .130 grams of Methamphetamine, with the intent of trafficking in that controlled substance, or by Trafficking in Methamphetamine, namely approximately .130 grams of Methamphetamine.

 

Commonwealth of Kentucky vs. Amy Slone

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before November 11th, 2023, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Amy Slone committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Methamphetamine.
