LAWRENCE COUNTY ARREST REPORT FEB. 1 – 9, 2025

Wilbern Maynard was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department on 02/06/2025. Charges: 1. Violation of a Ky EPO/DVO 2. Criminal Mischief, 1^st degree 3. Stalking 1^st Degree 4. Harassment (No Physical Contact)

Tisha Hanshaw was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department on 02/06/2025. Charges: 1. Failure to Produce Insurance Card 2. Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence Substance 1st

On the above date the LCSO responded to a single vehicle accident where the above was the driver. While in route to the Fire Department on scene advised that the above female was intoxicated and trying to leave. Upon arrival I spoke with the above driver and she had slurred speech, her eyes were glossy and pupils were constricted. I did not observe any nystagmus. On one leg stand she could not pick her foot up off of the ground and on walk it and turn she kept walking without counting her steps and took 16 steps before I stopped her. When I originally asked her what medications she was taking she advised me she only took klonopin. Once I advised her she was under arrest and asked her again she advised that she also takes hydrocodone. She advised me that she took both this morning at am. I transported the female to Three Rivers Medical Center for a blood draw and results are pending.

Brianna Maynard was arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department on 02/06/2025. Charges: Failure to Appear
