COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS JOSEPH JUDE

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before December 16th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Joseph Jude committed the offense of Assault in the Second (2nd) Degree when he intentionally caused serious physical injury to another person, namely James Mckenzie of Louisa, KY.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS LOIS RICHARDSON

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before October 27th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1.Lois Richardson committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol/ Drugs First (1st) Offense or Greater Within Five (5) Years by operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other substances that impair a driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a glass pipe containing chemical residue.
