COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. PAMELA J. CAMACHO

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before April 11th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Jeremy Artrip acting alone or in complicity with Pamela J. Camacho committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being possession of forty-nine (49) pre rolled marijuana cigarettes, THC Vapes, six (6) packages of Marijuana edibles, plastic baggies, digital scales, a ledger, and packaging equipment, with the intent to traffic in that Marijuana, or by trafficking in that said Marijuana while within 1000 yards of Louisa West Elementary School.

2. Jeremy Artrip acting alone or in complicity with Pamela J. Camacho committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

3. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Pamela J. Camacho committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of two (2) altered pipes.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. CHEYENNE MOLES

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before February 24th, 2023, Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Cheyenne Moles committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, namely Metonitazene, a schedule I narcotic.

2. Cheyenne Moles committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by and unlawfully being in possession of a knowingly and unlawfully Schedule I narcotic, Fentanyl.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. JEREMY ARTRIP

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before April 11th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Jeremy Artrip acting alone or in complicity with Pamela J. COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. JOSEPH B. GRAVES

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before May 31st, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Joseph B. Graves committed the offense of Receiving Stolen Property Under $10,000 by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession a 2021 GMC Sierra automobile, reportedly stolen from Clark County, KY, with an approximate value of $35,321.

2.That the defendant, having been charged in the instant indictment with the above stated felony count (s), is now being charged as a Persistent Felony Offender, in the Second (2nd) Degree for the reason that the Defendant, now more than twenty-one years of age, was previously convicted of a prior felony when he/ she was at least eighteen years of age, which sentence imposed a term of imprisonment of one year or more, and that the offender either: (a) completed service of the sentence the previous felony offense within five (5) years of the date of commission of the instant offense; or (b) was on some form of legal release, or discharged from legal release, within five years of commission of the instant offense; or (c) was in custody or escaped from custody of said previous felony at the time of the commission of instant offense. COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. AUSTIN J. HARCZINSKI

The Grand Jury charges: That on, about or before March 2, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Austin J. Harczinski committed the offense of Rape in the Second Degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in sexual intercourse with another person, namely K.M., who was mentally incapacitated at the time.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. JENNIFER L. JACKSON

The Grand Jury charges: That on That on or before June 17th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Jenifer L. Jackson committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

2.Jenifer L. Jackson committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of four (4) syringes.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. KAYLA DALTON

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before July 18th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Kayla Dalton committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

2. The above-named defendant acting alone or in complicity with Patrick Williamson committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly unlawfully being in possession of a altered glass pipe.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Prescription Controlled Substance Not in the Proper Container by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of Suboxone not in the proper administered container.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. JUANITA OBRYAN-WILEY

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before July 23rd, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Juanita Obryan-Wiley committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. ELIZABETH GREEN

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before May 22nd, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Elizabeth Green committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.
2. The above-named defendant committed the offense Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly unlawfully being in possession of a glass pipe, rolling papers and a tourniquet.

3. The above-named defendant committed the Operating a Motor Vehicle on Suspended or Revoked License by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle while his license to operate said motor vehicle had been suspended or revoked.

4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Disorderly Conduct in the Second (2nd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in violent or threatening behavior in a public place with the intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance, and/or alarm.

5. The above-named defendant committed the violation of No Registration Plates by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle upon a Kentucky roadway without proper registration plates as defined in KRS: 186.170.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. BILLY HOWARD

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before May 1st, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Billy Howard committed the offense of Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

2. Billy Howard committed the offense of Tampering With Physical Evidence by knowingly and unlawfully destroying, removing, altering or concealing physical evidence that he believed would be used against her/him in an official proceeding.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession/ Use Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of an altered glass pipe containing chemical residue.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. JASON HODGE

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before May 1st, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Jason Hodge commented the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree >2 Grams (Methamphetamine) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of 112.1 grams of methamphetamine, $5,315.00 in cash monies, scales, and individual small plastic baggies with the intent of trafficking in that Methamphetamine, or by trafficking in Methamphetamine.

2. Jason Hodge committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the First Degree (Methadone) by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of approximately 2.609 grams of Methadone, a schedule II narcotic, $5,315.00 in cash monies, scales, and individual plastic bags with the intent of trafficking in that controlled substance, or by Trafficking in Methadone, namely approximately 2.609 grams of Methadone.

3. Jason Hodge committed the offense of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance in the Third (3rd) Degree Degree by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of ten (10) dosage units of Buprenorphine, a schedule III controlled substance, Clonazepam, a schedule IV controlled substance and thirty (30) dosage units of Gabapentin, a schedule V controlled substance, $5,315 in cash monies, scales, and individual plastic baggies with the intent to traffic in that controlled substance or by trafficking in those controlled substances.

4. Jason Hodge committed the offense of Tampering With Physical Evidence by knowingly and unlawfully destroying, removing, altering or concealing physical evidence that he believed would be used against her/him in an official proceeding.

5. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by by knowingly, unlawfully being in possession of rolling papers, grinder, and a plate containing chemical residue with an altered cut straw.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. JASON HODGE

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before May 1st, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Jason Hodge committed the offense of Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon by being in possession of a Ruger brand .9mm caliber handgun after having been previously felony conviction, COMMONWEALTH VS JASON HODGE, LAWRENCE CIRCUIT COURT 21-CR-00149 AND 21-CR-00048.

2. Jason Hodge committed the offense of Possession of a Handgun by a Convicted Felon by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a Rossi Brand .22 caliber/mag rifle after having been previously convicted of a felony, COMMONWEALTH VS JASON HODGE.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. VINA MCCORMICK

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before July 3rd, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Vina McCormick committed the offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance in the First (1st) Degree by possession of a knowingly and unlawfully being in Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. JOHN SPILLMAN

The Grand Jury charges: That on or about July 9th, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. John Spillman committed the offense of Burglary in the Second (2nd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in a dwelling house of Michelle Marcum and Charles Marcum, located at 368 South Highway 3 in Lawrence County, KY, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein.

 

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY VS. BRIAN CHASE CANTRELL

The Grand Jury charges: That on or before May 31st, 2025, in Lawrence County Kentucky, and before the finding of the indictment herein, the above-named defendant:

1. Brian Chase Cantrell committed the offense of Burglary in the Third (3rd) Degree by knowingly and unlawfully entering and remaining in Walmart of Louisa, KY after having been banned from the premises on July 21st, 2023, with the intent to commit the crime of theft therein.

2. Brian Chase Cantrell committed the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of two (2) syringes.

3. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Illegal Possession of of a Legend Drug by knowingly and unlawfully being in possession of a legend drug, as defined in KRS: 217.182.

4. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Giving Officer False Name, by knowingly and unlawfully, with the intent to mislead a police officer as to his identity, gave a false name or false biometric identifiers.

5. The above-named defendant committed the violation of Reckless Driving by knowingly, unlawfully and recklessly operating a motor vehicle upon the roadways of the Commonwealth of Kentucky without due regard for the safety and convenience of pedestrians and other vehicles upon said roadways.

6. The above-named defendant committed the offense of Failure to Wear Seatbelt by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle without having a properly adjusted and fastened.

7.The above-named defendant committed the violation of No Operators License by knowingly and unlawfully operating a motor vehicle while not having a valid operator’s license.
