I asked Ryan to show us proof on his cameras that there were in fact people at his home. Ryan showed a video of a stack of tires outside of his home and advised “dont you see the man with the red hat hiding behind the tires” There was no one in the video. Ryan then advised hes still there and was pointing but no one was there. I placed Ryan under arrest for making a false report. We have dealt with Ryan on multiple occasions in the past where he calls 911 and advises someone is breaking into his home and when we arrive no one is there and no one is on the cameras.”
