Lawrence County High School Band Cancer Awareness
In recognition of breast cancer awareness and all cancer awareness, the band wore special pink hat plumes during the annual Lawrence County Bulldogs Pink Out Game.
The purchase of the plumes were made possible through generous donations received by Lawrence County community members. Each plume has been sponsered in memory someone who passed away with cancer or in honor of cancer surviors and current fighters.
Every year, the band will now make this presentation of pink plumes during this special event.
The band is honored to join our Lawrence County Bulldogs, LC Quarterback Club, LC Cheerleaders and Lawrence County Health Department in promoting such an important community event.
