LOUISA, Ky. — A Lawrence County grand jury issued 25 individual indictments on Friday accusing them of crimes from arson, illegal drugs, and others but the largest group were bail jumpers. The 24th district court system is having a hard time getting lawbreakers to appear for court dates so indictments have been issued.
