11 PEOPLE ARRESTED IN LAWRENCE COUNTY IN THE PAST WEEK. IN ADDITION, ANOTHER 6 LAWRENCE COUNTY RESIDENTS WERE ARRESTED IN OTHER KENTUCKY COUNTIES ( 3 IN MARTIN COUNTY, 1 IN JOHNSON COUNTY, 1 IN BOYD COUNTY, AND 1 IN WOODFORD COUNTY).
THE NAMES OF ALL OF THE ARRESTED INDIVIDUALS ARE THE FOLLOWING:
Kristen Shelton, 26, of Fort Gay, West Virginia; was arrested on November 14, 2017, at 7:47 A.M., by deputy Mack Wilhite of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • PUBLIC INTOXICATION-CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE (EXCLUDES ALCOHOL).
Richard A. Laney, 57, of Louisa, was arrested on November 14, 2017, at 12:13 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 (AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCES) 4TH OR >, • OPERATING ON SUSPENDED OR REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE, • FAILURE TO WEAR SEAT BELTS, • FAILURE TO SURRENDER REVOKED OPERATORS LICENSE.
David Joseph Bolin, 43, of Isonville, Kentucky; was arrested in Lawrence County on November 14, 2017, at 1:09 P.M., by trooper Patrick Hamilton of the Kentucky State Police, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION AUTO – $500 OR MORE BUT UNDER/$10,000, • RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY UNDER/$10,000.
David Joseph Bolin was arrested again in Elliot County on November 20, 2017, at 11:16 P.M., by trooper Kyler Wright of the Kentucky State Police-Post #8-Morehead, and was charged with: • OBSTRUCTING GOVERNMENTAL OPERATIONS, • MENACING, • RESISTING ARREST.
Winfred S. Scott, 27, of Louisa, was arrested on November 15, 2017, at 12:51 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • THEFT BY UNLAWFUL TAKING OR DISPOSITION ALL OTHERS $500 OR MORE BUT UNDER/$10,000, • RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY (FIREARM).
Jeffrey Alan Cook, 38, of Huntington, West Virginia; was arrested on November 15, 2017, at 9:10 P.M., by deputy Mack Wilhite of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE , • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
Ashley N. Puskas/Jenkins, 29, of Louisa, was booked on November 18, 2017, at 1:11 A.M., after being taken into custody by the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, to serve a guilty plea jail sentence: • CONTEMPT OF COURT LIBEL/SLANDER RESISTANCE TO ORDER.
Kevin W. Driver, 34, of Ashland, Kentucky; was arrested on November 18, 2017, at 12:46 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • OPERATING MOTOR VEHICLE UNDER/ INFLUENCE ALCOHOL/DRUGS/ETC. .08 – 1ST OFFENSE, • FAILURE OF NON-OWNER OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REQUIRED INSURANCE/SECURITY, 1ST OFFENSE.

Teresa D. Robinette, 43, of Louisa, was arrested on November 20, 2017, at 10:08 P.M., by deputy Mason Keefer of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • SERVING PAROLE VIOLATION WARRANT.

Allison Faye Bays bond was set at $3,000.
