Joann C. Collins, 49, of Louisa, was arrested on December 7, 2017, at 12:02 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ENGAGING IN ORGANIZED CRIME.
Nicholas T. Hackney, 27, of Louisa, was arrested on December 7, 2017, at 4:26 P.M., by chief deputy Mark Wheeler of the Lawrence County Sheriff Department, and was charged with: • ENGAGING IN ORGANIZED CRIME.
