“…On the above date and time myself and Ptl Chase Kirk with the Louisa Police Dept responded to the Bird Hayes Apt complex Apt 121 in reference to a possible fight. When we arrived on scene we spoke with a male subject, identified as Brayden Marcum, who would not give us any information on the incident. We then made contact with the residents at 121 and the above subject had visible injuries to his right eye consistent with being punched. He stated that after a verbal argument with Brayden Marcum the argument turned heated and he became angry. He stated that he confronted Brayden about accusing the above subject’s girlfriend of stealing. He stated during the argument he lost his cool and grabbed Brayden but did not strike him. A video of the altercation was provided to me which shows the above subject cursing and grabbing Brayden and also made threats to burn Brayden’s house down. The above sustained injuries after Brayden Marcum’s father came to the residence and assaulted him.

Upon my arrival, I encountered the daughter, Alexis Carter, who stated that she and her mother began arguing, and that her mother got in her face, at which point Alexis shoved her away. When speaking to the mother, Aleishia Hensley, she stated her daughter shoved her to the ground and punched a hole in the wall, and on the way out of the house, she slammed the door, causing it to break at the hinge. Alexis confirmed she did punch the hole in the wall and broke the door trying to come out of the house with all her stuff.

“…On 11/25/2025 at 18:00, Deputy Jamie Ward and I responded to a domestic call at 14339 HWY 1690. Upon arrival, I came in contact with the victim, Lilian Nicole Boyd, who stated that she and her boyfriend, Thomas Ryan, had gotten into a fight in which he pushed her to the couch and choked her. Lilian stated Ryan was in his car, armed with two handguns. Upon contact with Ryan, he stated he got too rough with Lilian, pushing and holding her down. “…On the above date Myself and Sheriff Jackson responded to 6722 North Highway 201 Shay Wellmans property in reference to a collision involving a four wheeler. Upon arrival Sheriff Jackson interviewed family on scene. They advised that Mike Griffith was driving his four wheeler on Highway 201 and was cussing at them. Mike has done this in the past and has went into their yard and did donuts with his four wheeler. Jacob Wellman advised he was turning from their driveway onto the roadway. They advised that Mike swerved and wrecked his four wheeler and damaged their mailbox. They stated Mike then got angry and turned the four wheeler back over and drove it at them. Mike attempted to run over Patrick Clester according to family on scene. Mike then wrecked his four wheeler in Shay Wellmans driveway and cut his head. Mike was transported to Three Rivers Medical Center where he was medically cleared. Mike had also been advised he is trespassed from Shay Wellmans Property. Mike was asked what happened an he stated they had ball bats out on him and was chasing him. Sheriff Jackson stated no one had any ball bats when he arrived on scene.
