A LAWRENCE COUNTY GRAND JURY handed down a slew of indictments in part because there was a lack of jury members showing up for the September meeting. Those charges include the following:

The grand jury charges that on or about August 4th 2019 in Lawrence County, Kentucky

Jerry Wilks committed the offense of wanton endangerment in the first degree by knowingly and unlawfully engaging in conduct which created a substantial Danger death or serious physical injury to three juveniles ages 14, 15 and 16.

As well as 930 graphs and three videos as found within the defendants Dropbox account, under a folder entitled “Hh” and an additional video segregated out of said folder.
