COACH’S COMMENTS
“… Very proud of our team for starting off district play and beating a 5-1 Prestonsburg team. We stretched the lead out to 17 in the 3rd quarter, they made a few runs and made it a tight game in the end. {But} I was very proud of our guys for staying composed and finding a way to get a win. We were fairly balanced scoring wise, and overall played a great game defensively. Quick turnaround as we play Pendleton county tomorrow at Rowan County. Looking forward to another opportunity to compete!”
